◆氣浮設備產品簡介
氣浮裝置是在一定條件下將大量空氣溶于水中,形成溶氣水,作為工作介質,通過釋放器驟然減壓,快速釋放,產生大量微細氣泡粘附于經過混凝反應后廢水中的“礬花”上,使絮體快速上浮,從而迅速地除去水中的污染物質,達到凈水的目的。
◆工作原理
溶氣系統是整個氣浮工藝的關鍵部分,溶氣系統產生微細氣泡的質量直接影響氣浮效果。本系統采用的溶氣設備是溶氣筒,在2.5~4kg/cm2的壓力環境下,將空氣溶于水中。壓力水通過釋放器后,溶氣水被消能釋放,水中將釋放出多余空氣,這樣在通過液體時小氣泡自然地形成,且氣泡非常小,它的直徑在約5-20微米。我們現在已改進了溶氣方式,溶氣筒直徑在150毫米至500毫米之間,空氣通過進氣管進入溶氣筒中的特制的空氣粉碎裝置,與回流水充分混合,溶氣筒的壓力只要控制在3.8Bar左右即可。再不需要操作人員現場監控,設備可自行平穩運行。
◆設備構造
●氣浮系統集進水、絮凝、分離、集水、出水于一體,與傳統氣浮設備類似,設有一個穩流室、溶氣釋放室,使處理性能更穩定,效果更好。
●穩定室:通過折板反應的原水,流速很高,若直接與溶氣水接觸,會消散微小氣泡,影響氣泡沾附絮體效果,從而降低氣浮處理效率,若增加了穩流室,使湍流的原水動能消耗,勻速進入溶氣水釋放室,從而有力了去除效果。
●溶氣釋放室:溶氣釋放室與分離室于一個槽體。中間隔開,溶氣水與絮凝完畢的原水在此粘附,緩慢上升,進入氣浮分離室,了絮體與微小氣泡的接觸空間與時間,使溶氣水的釋放率達80-100%。(圖/文www.jack365.cn)
